Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Engineering Support will include:

• Compensation (Range):35-40 / hour: Salary:
• This position works closely with Design, Standards, AM, Grids, Project Management, Construction, and Supply Chain to assure timely and accurate acquisition of materials. Activities are related to the planning, selection, ordering, scheduling and receipt of materials needed for Substations, Transmission Lines, and System Protection. Project areas include development and assignment of stock codes, material descriptions, purchase specifications, and supplier capabilities.
• Regularly review, organize and communicate findings of open order reports.
• Track material requisitions, purchase orders, and status, and provide summary reports of material disposition.

Job Requirements

• Consistency demonstrates good judgment.
• Good interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Personal Computer operations and related software.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities.
• Ability to work well under pressure. Self-motivated and dependable team player.
• Required to work safely and follow all Entergy safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated acceptance of a diverse and inclusive work environment and customer base.
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Knowledgeable in PowerBI (desired).
