Job Responsibilities

• Compensation (Range): $47-$52/ hour: Salary
• Responsible for managing the development of various dashboards and tasks for all of Field Service Actions (FSA). Implementing processes to assist dealers and Ford activities regarding FSA related concerns.
• Develop Recall/ASO/PSL Recall Program Dashboard within Qlik
• Develop Recall Metrics within Qlik
• Complete System Development for Closing Recalls for OTA (Over The Air) Updates
• Creation of the Field Review Committee Summary Debriefs after every FRC Meeting
• Creation of Recall Reporting in GCAMP

Job Requirements

• Analytical Data Oriented Familiar with Coding and Database Development Self Starter Organized Ambitious
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
