Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Facilities Project Manager will include:

  • Direct Hire- Facilities Project Manager
  • Salary- $85-90/ base + bonus potential
  • Marysville, OH.
  • Facilities Project Engineer responsible for EOL, business planning, and construction project management to ensure facility operations to support production.
  • Develops and implements strategy to maintain and upgrade existing infrastructure. Adheres to green factory and carbon neutral initiatives through remodel and new construction.
  • Utilizes self, team, and contractor abilities to be successful.
  • Ability to perform and manage all the following project responsibilities with minimal oversight, Schedule, Budget, Scope of Work, Bid, Award, Design, Engineering, Permitting, Construction, Close-out, and contractor management.
  • Focus to maximize cost efficiency and usability while minimizing risk to production and maintenance downtime.
  • Constant interaction with customer departments. Communicate effectively.



Job Requirements

  • 4 year degree in Engineering or Construction Project Management
  • 4+ years of experience managing and coordinating Facilities projects
  • Actively support / participate in project team activities related to significant business innovation; develop and execute activities / tasks to achieve objectives of business team
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication
  • Maintain budget, schedule, and documentation
  • Strong customer focus on needs of internal/external customers
