Document Controls Specialist

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Document Controls Specialist. Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Document Controls Specialist will include:

• Compensation (Range): 28-29/ hour: Salary:
• Oversee the specific documents for the projects including but not limited to Prints, Specs, and various records.
• Ensuring the correct revision level of documents are in use, the documents match as built in coordination with Work Mgmt.
• Specialist for Assets and create needed work instructions for any Preventative Maintenance.
• This person will also help document the process for this team during the pilot to be used for team expansion.
• Will be working in Maximo as data source to be turned over to the client.

Job Requirements

• While candidates with completed degrees are preferred, a degree is not required to be considered for this position.
• Manager is seeking candidates with experience in transportation/logistics/supply chain.
• MS Excel proficiency is a must.
