Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Change Project Manager will include:
- Compensation (Range):65-71 / hour: Salary:
- Drive continuous improvement within the Operational, Reliability & Storm Reporting and Reliability workstreams of the Performance Assurance and Analytics team. This includes the development of project plans (including communication and change management plans) and timelines for improvement initiatives, as well as managing work planning, lessons learned for both these initiatives and routine work. Coordination is required with the project manager for the Performance Management workstream, as well as other teams (IT, other analytics teams, Technology Delivery, etc.) and team members to ensure routine work expectations are met.
- The position will be overseeing the effort of implementing continual maintenance over 600 reports. This includes documentation of the reports, cataloging, verification of functionality, increasing knowledge within the business about the purpose and use of the reports (trying to increase usage and value the reports bring), decommissioning unused/outdated/duplicative reports, converting older reports to newer formats/mediums and all communication/change management associated with those tasks. Position is individually responsible for sharing and implementing/tracking the plan (for example 25 reports, or some benchmark/target, per month etc), in collaboration with technical team (providing the data, physically decommissioning the reports, etc.).
- The team is developing Communication templates, procedures and guidelines for all work. PM will drive the initiative to develop those documents and contributing to ensuring a robust, quality work product, and develop/oversee the change management to implement within the team.
- PM will work with team to develop 2025 work plan for the Reliability workstream and participate in quarterly update and planning meetings throughout the year. For all initiatives identified as target 2025 work, PM will drive the development of a resourced project plan (including timeline), interface with supporting teams to ensure alignment, and ensure the execution of communication/change management in accordance with communication templates, procedures and guidelines previous referenced.
- PM will likely be performing/executing some communication and change management tasks individually, such as the development and sending of communications, scheduling, and facilitating rollouts (e.g. for a new report), as well as garnering feedback from internal customers.
- Schedule
- First 3 weeks ONSITE in the Woodlands then can work remotely with 2 days in office
- Must be able to travel ~(3 days quarterly, fluctuates between the Woodlands, New Orleans, Jackson and Little Rock), able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, working knowledge of EXCEL, Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Teams
