Job Responsibilities
- Compensation (Range): / hour: Salary: $84.85 per hour
- 100% Remote or can sit onsite in Neenah, WI
- Shift - normally first shift with flexibility for some non NA core hour calls/meetings
- Pay Rate: $84.85 per hour

- Position Purpose:
- The objective of this role is to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S). The successful candidate will possess the ability to evaluate business requirements and collaborate with the Business Subject Matter Experts (SME) to determine the best path to move those processes toward the desired global standard.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition of a consistent global process that fits the requirements of all Segments/regions.
- Ensure the design supports a tight integration with SLM/Master Data and other digital processes.
- Monitor efficient integration of all business applications efficiently in all EHS/PLM systems.
- Partner across all functional areas of the Aurora Project team to develop the best technological solutions and visibility for an effective EHS/PLM environment.
- Support evaluation of issues and propose alternatives that enable adoption of the global standard.
- Participates in Daily Process meetings and interfaces with business SME as required for clarifications.
- Support and participate in the development of sprint and deliverable plans and prioritization.
- Verify and validate Build Item and solution before and during testing.
- Responsible for deliverables: Business Process Requirements, Business Process Design Docs (including BPD), Business Process Model
- Support Change Management, training and Business Readiness.

- Scope:
- The Product Lifecycle Management Business Analyst will support the development of the business process of the future state of the PLM/EHS environment in scope of Project Aurora. Primary scope includes: recipes, specifications, BOM, packaging, labels/artwork, regulatory & compliance, Safety Data Sheets, Dangerous Goods, and Substance Volume Tracking. He or She will provide support for the development for all design elements of PLM/EHS scope within the project and the associated change management activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in STEM related field
- Proven experience developing solutions that deliver process improvement/standardization.
- Proven communication skills to connect between end-users and the implementation team.
- 5-7+ years relevant business experience with demonstrated "people & project" success.
- Resourceful and independent; thrives in a changing and dynamic work environment.
- Takes personal responsibility for decisions and delivering results.
- Fluent in English - Required
