Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Senior Change Management Associate will include:
- Compensation (Range): 35-43 / hour: Salary:
- The Sr. Change Management Associate utilizes a variety of disciplines, such as organizational development, project management, process improvement and learning to help our teammates accept change.
- This role will partner closely with Data & Digital product management, engineering, and data/analytics teams, people leaders, sponsors, subject matter experts, business support, and project managers.
- The overall expectations include:
- improving the overall outcomes of the transformation by transitioning teammates and/or customers to perform new behaviors
- Enabling adoption of digital technologies to improve business outcomes
- Building awareness of and a desire for committing to change
- Ensuring a positive teammate or customer experience throughout the change journey
- Developing and deploying learning solutions to prepare teammates with the proper skills and tools they need to enact change
- Establishing a bond of trust and strong two-way communication
- Lead workstreams and projects associated with complex business transformations, which may involve several interdependent change initiatives.
- Lead the creation of actionable deliverables: e.g., communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
- Perform needs assessments to understand the teammate needs, capabilities, and implications of future state (ex. impact assessment).
- Build change management roadmap and determine appropriate interventions to drive change.
- Develop and manage implementation of stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
- Use change analytics to measure and gauge the effectiveness of strategies and adoption.
- Collaborate with data and digital to integrate change plan with the product development and management lifecycle and foster awareness of change strategies.
- Serve as a resource for project teams to help build internal capabilities and scale adoption of change management strategies into their overall plans.
- May also assist with the creation of training programs, including requirements, design, and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Agile project management a plus
- Five plus years' experience developing interventions, managing change plans to enable strategic digital solutions across various business functions in a complex, fast-paced business environment.
- Five plus years' experience applying project management principles to track, monitor and report projects against project timeline, milestones, etc.
- Change Management certification a plus
- Experience managing and delivering an Organizational Change Management effort for a large-scale program.
- Use analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft PPT, Power BI) to deliver assessments and provide data-driven insights
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong writing skills
- Flexible with ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- High degree of initiative and capacity to support multiple priorities
