Job Responsibilities

  • Compensation (Range): 30-32 / hour: Salary
  • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our rapidly growing organization. You will be working as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced working environment, where attention to detail and quality are vital. Successful candidates will be self-starters with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results.
  • This role is a vital part of our leadership team's success. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Scheduling travel, arranging meetings and events, processing expense reports (including FAB card administration), access management delegation and related tasks.
  • Facilitate organizational communications, content creation and administration of various Confluence / SharePoint sites. Maintain multiple distribution lists and access permissions.
  • Proactively gather order information, process orders in various systems, resolve any issues, and ensure orders are tracked through completion.
  • Invoice reconciliation - meticulously comparing invoices to purchase orders and other supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies prior to processing payments.
  • Provide assistance during internal audits.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization, both in-person and remotely.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multiple business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to adapt to frequently changing work priorities
  • Accommodate multiple working styles
  • 3+ years of proven experience in an analyst role, as a project manager, or similar role with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Skills Preferred:
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Experience with Jira, Concur, and Confluence Outgoing proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to anticipate and address potential risks before they escalate.
  • Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
