Digital Sustainability Advisor

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Digital Sustainability Advisor. Hourly pay range $ 58-60

Bilingualism: English and French (Spanish would be an asset, but not a requirement)
Work location: Hybrid in office 3 days per week (Montreal)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exposure to working in project environment and managing Agile projects.
• Project Manage SAP Business Network supplier integration and Ariba catalog project as well as supplier OCI punchout catalog projects and support other digital platforms.
• Experience in the Purchase to Pay Functional process
• Requisitions, Purchase orders, Invoices etc.
• Exposure to Ariba Sourcing and Contracts functional process and application
• Manage Ariba Sourcing and Contract consult and query support
• Work with technical teams and Architects and various stakeholders on projects or BAU initiatives
• Exposure to SAP system implementations primarily in Procurement/Finance
• Promoting system updates, training and change impact to the business regularly on various collaboration forums
• Business process improvement on digital procurement solution/applications desirable.
• Identify improvement opportunities
• Exposure to lean practices and adoption
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on embedding of Digital process
• Documentation of project documents, work instructions, vision's etc.
• Provide Administrator support in Ariba Catalogs * Provide Administrator support in Ariba Network
• Support IST with interface monitoring of failed outputs or outages * Governance of invoice compliance tables/ Ariba tolerance tables
• eCommerce mailbox management for supplier/P2P/end user digital queries
• General Ariba support queries,
• Ariba Activation/Deactivation requests
• Ariba Upgrade/Downgrade requests
• Provide Training and awareness to stakeholders on digital functionality
• Identify technical defects and raise support tickets
• Adhoc request as required
  
  

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• SAP MM experience is mandatory for this role
• Experience in testing process, defect resolutions, system configurations
