Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Instructor will include:

• Compensation (Range): $33-$35 / hour: Salary:
• About the Role: As a John Deere Instructor, you will develop and deliver training primarily for dealership parts professionals, with opportunities to support company personnel and customers.
• This role emphasizes aftermarket selling skills, common parts needs for John Deere equipment, and the professional skills essential for John Deere Ag and Turf dealership employees.
• Instructors will create, update, and deliver engaging content for students across the John Deere dealership network.
• Training formats include virtual courses ranging from four to eight hours, and in-person classes spread over two days, per week.
• Participants will include parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from John Deere dealerships throughout North America.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years experience
• Metatarsal boots required for day 1
• Forklift will be used for this role but not daily.
