Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Remote Marketing Specialist will include:

• Compensation (Range): 27-29/ hour: Salary:
• Remote - CT/ET
• Seeking an individual who has experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• This person will play a supporting role within a high performing team and division in the company in a contract position.
• This person will gain experience mainly in external communications, taking direction related to messaging and branding while implementing customer-facing projects.
• Must be a proficient writer, and knowledge of graphic design a plus.
• Work with team members and internal customers on communication plan implementation
• Manage tradeshow and events initiatives, including planning, budgeting, ordering booth materials and coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Update a content calendar for the division's marketing initiatives
• Create content for LinkedIn posts, email marketing, presentations, literature, and webinars
• Contribute to other marketing and communication initiatives as needed
  

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in the field
• Firm understanding of marketing, communications, and public relations principles
• Strong writing and project management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills a plus
• Basic data analysis skills a plus
• This role would play a key part in helping to set the foundation with internal processes for a new team and is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit
• This role will gain experience marketing into multiple high growth markets, including mining, power generation, chemical processing, and beverage
