Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Assembly Manufacturing Engineer will include:

• Compensation (Range): 40-47.20/ hour: Salary:
• Job Posting: Manufacturing Engineer
• Location: Onsite in Horicon, WI
• 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• Note: Role may require support or transition to off-shift. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Spend approximately 50% of the day working on the shop floor.
• Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs, though this will be infrequent.
• Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization. The role involves direct line support for production employees and communicating project progress to management.
• Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling is highly preferred.
• May drive a JD Gator inside the factory after completing training.
• May drive a personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings as needed.
• Metatarsal shoes are required for the first day.

Job Requirements

• Education Preferred: Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.) or 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.
• Years of Experience Required: 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment. Recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered, but compensation will reflect experience level.
• Assembly backgrounds and processes are highly preferred.
• Additional Notes:
• Cross-border work is not permitted for this role.
• Top Three Must-Haves:
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization.
• Assembly process and tooling knowledge
