Operations Inventory Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Operations Inventory Coordinator will include:
- Compensation (Range): / hour: Salary: $20.00 hr
- Prepares and processes purchase orders and requisitions for internal customers within the market Materials and services alike.
- Facilitates approval of invoices and processes them within the appropriate system.
- Tracks material inventory by means of Excel Tracker.
- Conducts semi-annual physical counts of materials at the General Contractors yard
- Manages material movements and use across assigned projects.
- Updates necessary tracking system(s) daily and with accurate data.
- Analyzes project data using PowerBI and internal Excel templates.
- Develops and maintains accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.
- Attend project meetings to prepare for upcoming project needs and aid in the support of those tasks.
- Identify added project costs with the local team to determine forecast changes.
- Manages repository of project documents and maintains organization and accuracy.
- Communicates all issues to management prior to reaching critical status.
- Vendor management, where applicable.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or (2) years of equivalent work experience preferred
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Excellent organizational/administrative skills
- Strong, Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software
- Excellent organizational/administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment
