Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Equipment and Process Engineer will include:

  • Compensation (Range): / hour: Salary: 38-40HR
  • Location: Tulsa, OK (100% onsite)
  • Shift: M-F 6am- 5pm
  • Develop Criteria and SOWs for Manufacturing Equipment and Tooling Requirements
  • Facilitate Request for Proposal Process Per Procurement Guidelines
  • Evaluate Bids and Participate in Proposal of Award Process
  • Manage Vendor Design and Build Process
  • Execute Vendor Acceptance / Buyoff Process
  • Facilitate Shipping and Receipt of Equipment / Tooling
  • Manage Timeline of Equipment / Tooling Installation to Overall Master Timeline Reporting Status to Program / Project Lead
  • Identify Spare Part Requirements and Complete MRO Add / Change / Delete Process
  • Process Development and Documentation ----Develop and Document Manufacturing Process
  • Develop PFEP (Plan for Every Part)
  • Manage Identifying, Tracking, and Resolving Risks
  • Determine Material Routings
  • Develop Station Layouts
  • Create Workstation Level SWAS (Standard Work Assignment Sheets)
  • Create Workstation Level SWIS (Standard Work Instruction Sheets)
  • Update / Document Master Man Assignments
  • Create JSA Documentation
  • Complete Station Readiness Documentation
  • Support First Build Events for New Work Station Implementations
  • Training Coordination for - Covered by Mfg. Equip and Process Resources
  • New Equipment
  • Operator Training
  • Maintenance Training
  • New Tooling
  • Operator Training
  • Maintenance Training
  • New Processes
  • Training on SWAS
  • Training on SWIS
  • Training on JSA
  • Facilities Requirements Procurement / Installation ----Manage Utility Requirement Procurement / Installation for:
  • Electrical and Compressed Air
  • New Manufacturing Equipment
  • Relocated Manufacturing Equipment
  • Operator Workstations
  • Team / Group Lead Workstations
  • Manage Procurement / Installation of Facilities Improvements
  • Flooring Modifications / Repair to Support New Manufacturing Equipment
  • Installation of Additional Electrical / Compressed Air Distribution to Support New Manufacturing Processes and Equipment
  • Facility Additions / Renovations Requirements to Support New Processes, New Manufacturing Equipment, and / or Capacity Expansion

Job Requirements
