Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Architectural and Engineering Specialist will include:

• Compensation (Range):33-35 / hour: Salary:
• Produce high quality and appropriate volume of accurate construction drawings; reduce the time of orders not yet processed; Partner effectively with site acquisition to ensure the accuracy of the site; ensure that your notes are accurate and up to date.
• Request, manage, and quality control Construction Drawings
• Ensure A&E deliverables are completed according to mutually agreed upon timeline and in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Coordinate and expedite drawing production, including pricing/contracting with A&E vendors, quality control initial drawings, coordinating with the carrier, QC initial drawings, managing changes/revisions, and ensuring construction drawings match accordingly
• Evaluate ground space requirements for new colocations, ensuring that CAD site drawings are accurately updated
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant functions and parties as needed
• Communicate with district PM/PC to ensure all A&E services work managed by Real Estate, including out-of-scope reimbursable, is billed to the customer per the terms of the agreed-upon scope of work
• Ability to direct the diagnosis of work flow problems, critical paths and institute remedies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ telecom or construction experience
• Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
