Quality Inspector Team Lead

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Quality Inspector Team Lead. Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Quality Inspector Team Lead will include:

• Team Leader, Quality Inspection
• Davenport, IA
• Pay- $32-34/hr W2
• 18 month contract with potential to extend/convert
• Factory Team Leader position is 100% on-site from day one
• This position will lead a team of Quality Inspectors.
• Metatarsals are required from day one
• This position splits its time - 50% on the supporting the shop floor and 50% in the office
• Primarily 1st shift, but will have to be flexible. Exact shift hours can be discussed by the selected candidate and the hiring manager
• Candidates must be willing to work the off-shift, OT and some weekends to be considered.

Job Requirements

• Strong supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience with quality processes and fundamentals.
• Flexibility with work and an ability to learn new things
• Candidates must be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook
• A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree will be considered if they have demonstrated supervisory experience
