Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Recruiter will include:
- Compensation (Range): $51.90/hr
- This is a 6 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter to help shape our highly productive engineering teams. Our engineers are working on solutions and technologies that will usher in the next generation of active safety, autonomous vehicles, smart cities, and connectivity.
- In this role, you will move with pace to source, identify, pre-screen/qualify, facilitate interviews, negotiate salaries, and close candidates for a variety of technical (engineering, product, software) and non-technical (finance, supply chain, sales, corporate) positions. You will guide and influence business leaders and hiring managers while partnering with extended stakeholders throughout HR by overseeing the entire recruiting process.
- Partner closely with business leaders, developing tailored sourcing strategies to deliver a diversely represented pipeline of engineering talent.
- Influence hiring best practices throughout candidate assessments while championing the candidate experience.
- Negotiate complex offers to close candidates, leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application to offer stage and beyond-evaluating skill level, driving the interview process, and managing the offer process.
- Communicate effectively with business leadership, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all stakeholders.
- Develop partnerships internally and externally to deliver on current and future hiring needs through strategic market research and candidate pipelines.
- Take part in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of recruiting/sourcing programs.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience sourcing and closing mid- to senior-level technical talent and negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within a software company.
- Experience solving complex business issues and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
- Personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, provide strong consultative skills, and work in a large-team, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative, build strong relationships, and contribute within a team.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
