Job Responsibilities

• Location: Bartlesville, OK
• Pay Rate: $26 per hour
• Contract position W2 of Bartech Staffing working at client
• The PEDD Coordinator thrives in a fast-paced, high caliber, dynamic environment and has a complete focus on quality processing pre-employment due diligence (PEDD) submissions to ensure candidates are administered in conjunction with recruiting policies and goals.
• This role will require the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous candidate files and various recruiting-related projects.
• As a PEDD Coordinator you will interact with candidates and business leaders at all levels of the organization and be integral in delivering a positive candidate experience while acting as a dependable contact with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• This role will work closely with Recruiters and other key stakeholders to facilitate and support a world class experience for all involved.
• This position is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team.

Job Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• High School Diploma/GED or higher · Experience working with confidential data
• Proficient (perform the skill with limited assistance) with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Preferred
• 1 or more years of work experience in Human Resources
• 1 or more years of recruiting process experience · 1 or more years of work experience using SuccessFactors
