Project Management Analyst

Hourly pay range: $36.35
Location: Dearborn, MI
Duration: Long-Term Contract (W2)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage project management software deployment and support program/project managers and analysts.
- Integrate, consolidate, and manage multiple projects and model year plans for major program teams.
- Provide guidance to PMA supplier staff and interface with Ford upper-level management.
- Serve as the interface between Ford STA, PD, Purchasing, and supply base for production tool kickoff.
- Conduct supplier meetings and manage program tracking documents.
- Lead APQP activities and provide weekly status updates on milestones, tool orders, and part pedigree.
- Identify non-conforming events and develop recovery plans or corrective actions.
- Develop processes for supplier support of production tooling for future programs.
- Direct cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timing plans.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a PMA and 3+ years of Ford experience.
- Strong program management skills, including APQP and organizational leadership.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- PPAP processes
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
