Human Resources Coordinator

Hourly pay range $ 30-36
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process hourly employee transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Track and maintain manpower planning using internal databases.
- Create and maintain audit-compliant personnel records.
- Support hourly recruiting and hiring processes as needed.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including creating personnel profiles and jackets.
- Assist with manpower planning activities such as hiring, layoffs, and unemployment administration.
- Respond to inquiries from legal and retirement divisions.
- Promote an inclusive and effective work environment that balances employee advocacy with company goals and values.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (advanced: VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables), and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of data quickly and accurately.
Preferred Skills
- Analytical skills and familiarity with labor relations.
- Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Experience handling large-scale data entry and reporting.
