Warehouse Supervisor

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Production Supervisor. Hourly pay range $28-$33
Job Responsibilities · Supervise, evaluate, and empower hourly team members producing manufactured products
· Organize workflow to meet quality and productivity goals
· Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met through coaching and standardized work
· Monitor production lines for safety, efficiency, and quality output
· Drive performance by setting high standards and leading through servant leadership
· Build strong relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management
Job Requirements · High School Diploma or GED
· 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
· Professionalism under pressure and strong communication skills
· Commitment to continuous improvement and a customer-first mindset
· Ability to administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) effectively
· Respect for diverse perspectives and openness to new ideas
Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree
· Experience in safety and quality management
· Six Sigma certification (Black or Green Belt)
· Knowledge of constraint management principles
· Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
