This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client. Senior Project Manager Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Senior Project Manager will include:

• Compensation (Range): $79-$83 / hour
• This position is typically retained to manage projects classified as "Green III" per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix, or may manage multiple smaller (i.e. "Green II") projects.
• Expert in project management principles.
• The Senior Project Manager may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Senior Leadership (i.e. Business Analyst through CFO).

Senior Project Manager Job Requirements As a Senior Project Manager you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum of 11 years of project management experience.
• Graduation from a four-year college or university.
• Expert in project management principles.
• Expertise to Strong Expertise in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving; Project related work experience; Risk Management; Leadership; Employee Management/Development; Oversight
