Change Lead

Compensation (Range): 24-27 / hour: Salary: Updated Job Description/Additional Information: Change Lead

• 1st shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm) with no overtime anticipated.
• Interviews will be conducted either onsite or via MS Teams.
• Position will start onsite on the first day. Business casual dress code.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.

Duties:

• Expedited part release processing
• Increased engineering efficiency
• Based on experience, JDCW project engineers estimate 10%-30% depending on project phase
• Reduced EPDP program cost due to usage of lower cost labor
• Significantly improved employee survey feedback on a key area of engineering focus

Required Skills:

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Outlook / Word / Excel
• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience (Computer Science or Business related degrees would be the most applicable but the manager is open to any). Recent grad candidates are also accepted.

Preferred:

• SAP
• Knowledge of or experience with John Deere EPDM
