Assembly Operations Supervisor

1st shift supervisor (5:30 AM - 3:00 PM)These positions will be in direct support of our Skid Steer Assembly manufacturing operations to lead a team of production employees focused on safety, quality, and delivery. We have a need for one 1st shift supervisor (5:30 AM - 3:00 PM). Ability to work with a supervisor team and/or independently to lead a team of highly skilled production employees to execute on daily safety, quality, and delivery goals as it pertains to manufacturing Skid Steer welding operations.- Ability to collaborate with cross functional employees to solve problems and deliver on daily execution needs - Ability to communicate effectively with production employees, cross functional team members, and leadership. -Drive engagement in the continuous improvement process with a cross functional wage and salary team. - Experience using SAP and production related computer transactions. -Manage and monitor individual performance on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency, and take corrective action as needed.PPE needed: Metatarsal work boots, prescription safety glasses if requiredEducation Preferred: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Years of Experience Required: 3-5 yrsJob Location (Additional work locations): 18600 South John Deere Road Dubuque IA 52001 INDJD1
