Job Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for managing dealer contractual changes in alignment with state franchise statutes and policies.
  • The position involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, dealers, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of dealer requests and documentation.
  • Contractual Processing & Documentation
  • Process contractual changes per state franchise statutes and Dealer Sales and Service Agreement.
  • Prepare dealer contracts and Program Enrollment Forms.
  • Complete dealer activations and update information in systems.
  • Maintain accurate dealer data in the Dealer Network Planning System (DNPS).
  • Assist with re-contracting activities and general office work (faxing, scanning, copying)
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with Dealers, Dealer Candidates, and field personnel to complete proposals in the Dealer Contractual Information Change Request (DCICR) system.
  • Partner with Legal, Market Analysis Team, and other SMEs to complete proposals.
  • Counsel dealers and personnel on Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) policies and procedures.
  • Meet with stakeholders and attorneys regarding dealer proposals and network activities
  • Communication & Correspondence
  • Draft professional correspondence and custom dealer letters for management/legal review.
  • Respond to dealer questions and change requests.
  • Manage outgoing/incoming email and mail.
  • Support execution of contractual documents using E-Signature
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct financial analysis using Excel-based reports.
  • Analyze candidate sales/profit forecasts and provide insights.
  • Complete Area Primary Responsibility (APR) notice requirements.
  • Request and review background checks for dealer candidates.
  • Complete Dealer Add Point Information Worksheets
  • Compliance & Quality Control
  • Provide deposition/testimony on dealer request processing as required.
  • Maintain accurate electronic dealer files in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Review and manage DCG working files in SharePoint for ILM compliance.
  • Track and analyze dealer requests for quality control in DCICR.

Job Requirements

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in managing database information
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Effective analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good oral, written and communication skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work in teams
  • Bachelor's degree
