Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Retail Marketing Specialist will include:

• Compensation (Range): 34-37 / hour
• Marketing Specialist - Customer/Shopper Marketing (Remote, U.S.)
• Assignment Duration: Through end of year (not expected to extend into the new year)
• Location: Remote - Open to candidates across the U.S.
• Business Unit: Supporting Scott® Shop Towels
• Travel: Up to 10% (potentially one trip during the assignment)
• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in customer or shopper marketing to support the Scott® Shop Towels business. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving retail execution and customer engagement.
• Partner with Sales to deliver against brand and business objectives across Mass, Club, and Automotive retail channels.
• Lead and support marketing and promotional planning and execution tailored to customer needs.
• Participate in key customer meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Develop marketing collateral such as flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage trade budgets and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Assist in the development and execution of customer-specific marketing plans.
• Provide insights and reporting on market trends, competitive activity, and pricing strategies.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or customer marketing.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive decisions with accountability.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across functions.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with or at Kimberly-Clark.
• Background in retail customer marketing and brand marketing.
• Familiarity with the Home Professional business segment.
