Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Planner / Scheduler will include:

• Compensation (Range):30-34 / hour
• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional with 4-6 years of relevant experience in maintenance or construction, with a strong focus on planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and manage detailed planning and scheduling activities for maintenance or construction projects.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in planning and scheduling functions.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain performance under pressure.
• Utilize advanced computer technology and software tools to support planning and scheduling efforts.
• Make informed decisions to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Job Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field, with specific expertise in planning and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools and software.
• Strong decision-making skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
