Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Maintenance Process Manager will include:
- Compensation (Range):45-51 / hour
- The Maintenance Process Manager supports operations by overseeing facility care, managing outsourced maintenance work, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with budgets, standards, and regulations.
- Manage and triage maintenance tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues in line with company standards and budget.
- Prioritize and coordinate with internal teams, field technicians, and external stakeholders.
- Develop maintenance scopes, schedule, and manage competitive bidding processes.
- Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Provide detailed reporting and financial analysis of maintenance activities.
- Support structural integrity initiatives including inspections and safety system repairs.
- Coordinate resources for maintenance and disaster recovery efforts.
- Assist with cross-functional projects and special requests.
Job Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent military/electronics training (preferred)

- Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years in field operations related to site maintenance and repair
- Experience with tower lighting systems, vegetation control, and access roads
- Strong administrative and financial skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing or maintaining tower sites
- Knowledge of tower construction
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard software
- Ability to interpret financial reports, surveys, and technical schematics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
