Job Responsibilities

• Compensation (Range): 37 / hour
• We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join the team at John Deere in Horicon, WI. This contingent role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in IT support and infrastructure operations. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting end users, and leading small projects using tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
• Shift: 1st shift, Onsite
• Provide day-to-day operational support for computing environments, including desktops, printers, and conference room technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize and manage projects in Jira; lead scrum activities and communicate with factory leaders.
• Support asset lifecycle management and computer deployments.
• Perform routine tasks such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records (e.g., asset updates, process logs, incident reports).
• Monitor inventory, schedule equipment maintenance, and interact with suppliers.
• Apply technical knowledge to support operations, including basic printer maintenance and KB-guided troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

• Strong focus on break/fix support and customer satisfaction.
• Team collaboration and project leadership using Jira.
• Effective communication skills for scrum practices and stakeholder interaction.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Job Level: Associate
