Job Responsibilities

• Job Title: Accounting Associate
• Location: JD Financial Worldwide Headquarters - Johnston, IA
• Pay Rate: $20-22/HR, based on experience
• Length: Through December 2025 and will extend based on performance
• Schedule: Onsite, day shift
• Preparing in house checks for virtual remit to bank
• Preparing and posting Advance Lease Payments, including working with Lease group on proper application
• Processing rejected payments
• Work with business areas on how to handle incoming checks/payments

Job Requirements

• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office plus Intranet and Internet functions
• Ability to use various department specific computer program
• Reliability and self-motivated
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to Multi-task
• Experience working with live checks
• Bank tellers would fit excellent in this role
