Job Responsibilities
- Digital Commerce Marketing Analytics (Consultant)
- Fully Remote
- Pay- $70/hr and up based on exp
- Contract with potential to extend/convert
- We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Marketing Analytics Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging advanced analytics to drive insights and optimize digital commerce and retail media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with digital commerce technologies and a strong background in data science and analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Analyze digital commerce and retail media data to identify factors driving conversion rates.
- Develop and implement predictive models to optimize keyword bids based on volume and profit.
- Utilize complex SQL logic to ETL disparate data sources.
- Apply machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to uncover insights from large datasets.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve search spending and conversion rates.
- Present findings to senior leadership using visualizations and dashboards.
- Drive strategic recommendations in collaboration with business unit leaders.
- Manage end-to-end analytics projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Act as SME for first/zero party data sources and ensure data quality and governance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science and advanced analytics, preferably in digital commerce or retail media.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., CAC, CTR, ROAS, CLV, SEO).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

- 100% Remote position
- Long-term role with opportunities for hire (not contract-to-hire).
- CPG analytics background preferred.
