Hourly pay range $ 47-49

- The Vehicle and Propulsion Controls organization (PVPC) is the "brain" of the Propulsion Systems division aimed at translating Performance and Functional Objectives into Controls features implemented in the embedded SW.
- Power, Torque and Drivability experience are nothing without Controls
- The PVPC organization scope spans the V development cycle with the following core missions:
* Translate system specifications and objectives into requirements
* Distribute control functions and networking strategies
* Implement core functions and diagnostics algorithm design
* Validate the functions to requirements
* Within PVPC Organization the Controls Management Team acts as the main interface to the individual program ensuring that its needs are met. - The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for Engines / Transmissions / Hybrid / Battery / Charging / eMotor Electronic Control Unit
- Being a Controls Manager will mean to have daily challenges but also great satisfactions.

- Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs.
- Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.
- Coordinating Controls Features development.
- Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to over all program milestones and objectives.
- Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience (5 years in automotive)
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus
- Fluent English
- Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable
