As a Supply Management OFP Specialist located in Dubuque, IA you will retrieve, document via photograph/photomicrograph, section, and prepare (mount and polish) parts for metallurgical examination. Job Description

• The UX Designer leverages user experience research insights to guide early-stage product development and create intuitive, effective designs.
• This role transforms concepts into tangible visualizations that serve as blueprints for product teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user needs.
• The designer will work on moderately complex projects involving multiple product lines and user classes, delivering consistent and user-centered experiences.
• Design intuitive and effective user experiences for embedded systems in agricultural equipment.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed specification documents.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and UX teams to align on user experience goals.
• Conduct design thinking workshops with stakeholder groups.
• Address complex applications, impediments, and user journeys with creative solutions.
• Partner with UX researchers on product discovery, design validation, usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Present design vision and recommendations to colleagues, management, and executives.
• Maintain and evolve style guides for various delivery methods.
• Translate analytics data into visual designs and vice versa to support insights

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of product design experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in collaborative team environments.
• 1-3 years of industry-specific experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops (less than 1 year acceptable).
• 3+ years of UX and UI design experience.
• Expertise in Figma and Sketch.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of core user interface languages.
• Ability to deliver clean, production-ready digital interfaces across multiple platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience designing for embedded software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Background or knowledge in agriculture.
• Strong track record of presenting and communicating design effectively.
• Ability to lead design discussions and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with incorporating branding and design system components into product experiences.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working in cross-functional teams.
