As a Supply Management OFP Specialist located in Dubuque, IA you will retrieve, document via photograph/photomicrograph, section, and prepare (mount and polish) parts for metallurgical examination. Job Description
- The UX Designer leverages user experience research insights to guide early-stage product development and create intuitive, effective designs.
- This role transforms concepts into tangible visualizations that serve as blueprints for product teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user needs.
- The designer will work on moderately complex projects involving multiple product lines and user classes, delivering consistent and user-centered experiences.
- Design intuitive and effective user experiences for embedded systems in agricultural equipment.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed specification documents.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and UX teams to align on user experience goals.
- Conduct design thinking workshops with stakeholder groups.
- Address complex applications, impediments, and user journeys with creative solutions.
- Partner with UX researchers on product discovery, design validation, usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
- Present design vision and recommendations to colleagues, management, and executives.
- Maintain and evolve style guides for various delivery methods.
- Translate analytics data into visual designs and vice versa to support insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of product design experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in collaborative team environments.
- 1-3 years of industry-specific experience.
- Experience facilitating workshops (less than 1 year acceptable).
- 3+ years of UX and UI design experience.
- Expertise in Figma and Sketch.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of core user interface languages.
- Ability to deliver clean, production-ready digital interfaces across multiple platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience designing for embedded software.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Background or knowledge in agriculture.
- Strong track record of presenting and communicating design effectively.
- Ability to lead design discussions and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incorporating branding and design system components into product experiences.
- Experience facilitating workshops and working in cross-functional teams.
