Hourly pay range $ 30-31

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as Infrastructure Support will include:

• We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team.
• This role is critical in ensuring the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure through proactive monitoring, management, and collaboration.
• The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in infrastructure support and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor, manage, report, and triage changes to IT infrastructure within established processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues and implement improvements.
• Provide basic-level infrastructure support for a defined portion of a single technology.
• Contribute to routine changes and enhancements to existing infrastructure processes.
• Engage with business partners on tactical issues and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
  
  Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support roles.
• Strong background in:
• Infrastructure monitoring (primary responsibility)
• Event, change, and incident management
• Infrastructure and application domain functions
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve infrastructure problems using information analysis.
• Experience identifying and applying new IT infrastructure components in diverse environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to support on-call rotations and 24x7 coverage as needed.
