Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Business Analyst will include:

• We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our digital product development initiatives.
• This role will be instrumental in driving the success of our omnichannel customer experience by collaborating with global product managers, regional stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
• The Business Analyst will report directly to the Global Director of Marketing Technology.
• Support product development roadmaps and lead discovery meetings and workshops.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
• Communicate project performance and progress to internal team members.
• Track digital initiatives to ensure completion on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Manage the agile product SDLC from ideation through deployment.
• Evaluate business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Write requirements documentation and gather critical information from stakeholders.
• Manage project plans and monitor performance.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and support resource balancing.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion.
• Manage implementation schedules and maintain governance of JIRA tickets.
• Oversee Visual Project Management (VPM) board and daily SCRUM meetings.
• Identify and report blockers for web development projects.
• Help set priorities and manage a backlog of features and functionality.
• Support coordination of troubleshooting for service disruptions.
• Create and maintain software documentation for website management.
• Lead retrospective meetings post deployment and capture stakeholder feedback.
• Support development and communication of product roadmaps and KPIs.
  
  Job Requirements
• Experience with product development documentation, use case and requirements scoping.
• 2-3+ years of experience in application development or digital project management.
• Proficiency with project management tools, especially Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills across teams.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a growing business.
• Experience in an AGILE environment.
• Strong analytical skills and resilience under pressure.
• Experience with enterprise level applications or marketing technology (CMS, Ecommerce, DAM, PIM, CRM) is a plus.
• Experience with integrating enterprise level systems and customizing OTB APIs is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Science/Technology, or Computer Science.
• 2-3+ years of experience with website development/builds.
• Strong understanding of web-based systems.
• Agile project management skills.
• Self-motivated, results driven, and proactive.
• Ability to plan and accomplish goals independently.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Flexible and resilient under pressure.
• Team player with high energy and good time management skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytic, and communication skills.
