Hourly pay range $ 55-62

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as an Project Manager will include:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager I to oversee multiple White or Green I projects in alignment with the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix.
• This role requires strong project management skills, utility industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across various organizational levels.
• The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Manage and execute multiple utility-related projects, with a focus on transmission and construction management.
• Apply project management principles to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Utilize scheduling and cost control tools to monitor project performance.
• Lead project teams and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
  
  Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Associate degree (two-year college or university).
• Working knowledge of project management principles.
• Proficiency in:
• Project Management
• Decision Making
• Critical Thinking
• Problem Solving
• Experience in project-related work, risk management, and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree (four-year college or university).
• Utility Project Management experience, especially in transmission.
• Utility industry experience.
• PMI Certification (PMP or CAPM).
• CMII certification or Professional Engineer License.
• Utility Technical Certifications or Training.
• Knowledge of construction management.
