Associate Project Manager

Hourly pay range $ 35-40
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as an Associate Project Manager will include:
- Manage one or more aspects of customer deployments across multiple applications, ensuring timely completion in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Support all phases of application lifecycle from system entry to construction completion and closeout delivery, including services such as structural analysis, site acquisition, A&E services, zoning, permitting, lease management, and construction management
- Keep District Manager or lead Project Manager informed of any issues affecting project timelines or costs
- Coordinate team efforts to obtain and maintain all necessary project documentation (e.g., structural analysis, lease, permits, regulatory approvals)
- Manage vendors as applicable
- Forecast project milestones using project management tools
- Participate in internal and external deployment meetings and interact with carrier representatives as needed
- Address design issues (e.g., lease entitlements, space requirements, easements)
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Handle utility coordination
- Track financials (SOV/PO) and materials as needed
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of project management experience
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred
- Understanding of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, and property management
- Familiarity with site acquisition procedures and permitting processes
- Ability to interpret blueprints and structural details of towers/rooftops
- Skill in diagnosing workflow issues and implementing solutions
- Ability to analyze financial metrics and resolve related issues
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of construction services including telco, power, fiber, vendor equipment, towers, lines, and antennas
- Ability to collaborate across multiple service groups and with internal/external customers
