Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as Associate Sales Operation Analyst will include:

• Corporate and business unit strategy
• Business planning and sales operations
• Business systems and tools development
• We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• You'll help optimize sales processes and systems, contributing to operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track sales KPIs
• Monitor data quality across systems and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze sales performance and deliver actionable insights
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions
• Collaborate with IT and Sales to implement process enhancements
• Respond to ad hoc sales support requests with practical solutions
• Customize reporting and insights for local and global sales teams
• Ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce and related tools
• Promote system adoption and compliance with data governance standards
  
  Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or business analysis, preferably in SaaS
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM; familiarity with tools like Gong, ServiceNow
• Experience with conversational intelligence tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with precision
