Bartech has an excellent contract opportunity with John Deere client for a Communications specialist. As a Communications specialist located in Moline, IL, you will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies that support business initiatives, enhance internal and external engagement, and align with organizational goals. Job Description
- Develop and implement detailed communication plans to ensure key audiences are informed about projects, events, and business changes.
- Create strategic content that enhances understanding and engagement, utilizing various media formats including video, design, and print.
- Write, edit, and manage content for websites, social media, newsletters, reports, and other communication channels.
- Draft and coordinate messaging for senior leadership, including presentations and global communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Manage communication projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Support the planning and execution of communication strategies that align with company objectives.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in professional writing (e.g., journalism, marketing, corporate communications).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML or web editing tools.
- Strong communication planning and project management skills, including budgeting, team coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
