Hourly pay range $ 35-38
Job Responsibilities

• Join the awesome team to help shape and execute a bold, customer-first marketing strategy for certified used vehicle initiatives.
• This role focuses on tactical execution across multiple marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand and creative strategy.
• You'll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful consumer marketing campaigns.
• Lead tactical execution of retail, CRM, and consumer site marketing initiatives
• Coordinate consumer website activities with the Digital Operations Specialist
• Collaborate with creative and partner agencies to develop and approve marketing materials
• Align efforts with the Global Marketing and Social COE standards
• Support integrated dealer retail strategy and associated materials
• Track media and production budgets with precision
• Develop initiatives to enhance the companies used car strategy
• Stay informed on the used vehicle market, including consumer trends and competitive landscape

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• 5+ years in consumer marketing or advertising
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Results-driven, consumer-centric mindset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to synthesize marketing metrics and present insights
• Experience with CRM systems, social platforms, and certified pre-owned vehicle marketing
• Automotive and agency experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience with Workfront and Jira (training available)
• Site management experience
• Team size: ~20 (mix of direct and contract employees)
• Daily interaction with CarBravo and MRM marketing teams
• Role split: ~2/3 brand marketing, ~1/3 site marketing
• Administrative tasks and CRM/social platform usage expected
• Potential for assignment extension
