Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will include:
- We are seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to oversee operations for CNC, robotics, and automation systems.
- This role leads a multi-shift team of Equipment Service Technicians and Team Leaders, with a strong emphasis on leadership, robotics, and automation.
- Developing and enhancing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshooting automation systems and conducting root cause analysis.
- Ensuring optimal equipment reliability and performance.
- Reviewing CMMS (Maximo) data to monitor metrics such as MTTR and MTBF, identify trends, and guide repair vs. replace decisions.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will bring 2-8 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Completion of the Honda Maintenance Development Program or a two-year technical degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) - equivalent experience may be considered.
- Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in a die maintenance setting.
- Experience as a die service team leader or staff member.
- Strong understanding of process and department workflows.
- Proficiency in Maximo CMMS.
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) expertise.
- Effective leadership and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Analytical problem-solving and implementation of countermeasures.
- Ability to lead and manage die service technicians.
Starting salary of minimum to $80K-95k below max depending on education, skills, experience and level of experience
