Controls Engineer

Hourly pay range $ 80-90

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Controls Engineer will include:

• This work is for a Vertical Mold tending machine.
• The Machine consist of AB PLC/HMI and Fanuc Robot with IR Vision.
• Advance IR Vision experience is a must. The scope of work is from power up, through debug/FAT, to install and SAT.
• This is a duplicate machine with updates(same but different).
• Base code has been proven out on existing machines.
• Debug will be on our shop floor in Holland, MI with Install being in New Orleans, LA.
• We won't see the molds on our shop floor in Holland, MI.
• Integration with the molds will take place in NOLA.
  
  Job Requirements
• Advanced IR Vision experience
• Allen Bradley PLC experience
• Fanuc Robot experience with IR Vision integration
• This is a hands-on role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating PLCs and robotic arms for pick-and-place operations involving drawers.
