Bartech has an excellent contract opportunity with John Deere client for a Material Flow Analyst. As a Material Flow Analyst located in Coffeyville KS, you will be responsible for optimizing material movement and inventory management across the manufacturing floor Additionally, this role will:
Job Description
- This role supports production efficiency by ensuring proper stock levels, resolving parts-related issues, and collaborating on layout and flow improvements.
- The analyst will work closely with channel partners, warehouse teams, and assembly/machining departments to maintain seamless operations and support new equipment introductions.
- Respond to channel partner inquiries regarding technical parts issues
- Ensure adequate inventory for newly introduced equipment
- Assist in developing new assembly lines and rebalancing existing ones
- Analyze material needs and implement usage optimization strategies
- Collaborate on floor plan development for the Factory Master Plan
- Monitor and review stock levels, especially for new equipment
- Resolve parts flow issues between warehouse, assembly, and machining areas
- Design and develop efficient product flow systems
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- SAP experience preferred
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus but not required
- Prior experience working on the shop floor in a manufacturing environment
