Bartech has an excellent contract opportunity with John Deere client for a Material Flow Analyst. As a Material Flow Analyst located in Coffeyville KS, you will be responsible for optimizing material movement and inventory management across the manufacturing floor Additionally, this role will:

Job Description

• This role supports production efficiency by ensuring proper stock levels, resolving parts-related issues, and collaborating on layout and flow improvements.
• The analyst will work closely with channel partners, warehouse teams, and assembly/machining departments to maintain seamless operations and support new equipment introductions.
• Respond to channel partner inquiries regarding technical parts issues
• Ensure adequate inventory for newly introduced equipment
• Assist in developing new assembly lines and rebalancing existing ones
• Analyze material needs and implement usage optimization strategies
• Collaborate on floor plan development for the Factory Master Plan
• Monitor and review stock levels, especially for new equipment
• Resolve parts flow issues between warehouse, assembly, and machining areas
• Design and develop efficient product flow systems
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• SAP experience preferred
• Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus but not required
• Prior experience working on the shop floor in a manufacturing environment
