Hourly pay range $ 34-36
Job Responsibilities

  • Perform engine validation by operating assigned test cells, conducting morning checks, and running automated tests
  • Support engine development with hands-on calibration and hardware setup; perform manual testing with dyno and PUMA systems
  • Carry out fabrication, drilling, welding, and setup of equipment to engineering standards
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues with test setups and prototype engines
  • Maintain a safe and clean workplace, following all safety policies and procedures
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate unsafe conditions or quality issues as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and engineers to suggest improvements and drive product innovation
  • Document and report defects, non-conforming materials, and support resolution of quality concerns
  • Participate in team meetings, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Minimize environmental impact by supporting recycling and waste reduction processes


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of Dyno Testing experience
  • Proven fabrication capabilities (drilling, welding, custom setups)
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
  • Experience with engine validation and development (manual and automated testing)
  • Experience with PUMA systems is a plus
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime and both 2nd and 3rd shifts as required
