Hourly pay range $86.54
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Senior Construction Manager will include:

• The Senior Construction Manager will lead the onsite construction team to ensure successful execution of project activities in alignment with engineering plans, specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Key performance indicators include safety, cost control, schedule adherence, and quality assurance.
• Oversee all aspects of site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project objectives, priorities, and engineering specifications.
• Monitor safety performance and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Maintain quality standards for facilities and processes.
  
  Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management, particularly in capital projects ($2M+) within the specialty chemical or similar industries.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment schematics, P&IDs, and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with building codes, engineering standards, and regulations (ASME, API, CGA, NFPA, OSHA).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
• OSHA 40-Hour Training.
• Working knowledge of OSHA CFR Part 1926 (General Industry and Construction).
• Experience with high-purity gas installation techniques and practices.
