Hourly pay range $ 79-83

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Principal Cost Analyst will include:

• This role is an approximately 24-month assignment for project controls support of the Coal Combustion Products Carolinas Project Portfolio.
• Role will support cost reporting & analysis for multiple project sites across the company's Carolinas service territory.
• Review and analysis of cost estimates, including estimate basis and qualifications.
• Review of existing project status as provided by client and its vendors.
• Monitoring compliance with department requirements and Enterprise Policy and Standards.
• Providing analysis and forecasting of project cost performance.
• Assisting with forecasting project cost impacts.
• Project risk quantification, analysis, and management
• Updating project cost and risk information in client systems and tools
  
  Job Requirements
• Various estimating techniques, for both cost and schedule
• Multiple cost management and control practices
• Project Risk Management best practices
• Review and analysis of contractor and vendor performance
• Financial and cost management systems
• Minimum 9 years project control experience
• Graduation from a four-year college or university - business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent.
