Hourly pay range $ 35-39

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Value Realization Analyst will include:

• We are seeking a Value Realization Analyst to join our Transformation and IT function, reporting to the Value Realization Leader.
• This role is financial in nature and will support major transformation and IT initiatives through business case development, data analysis, profitability assessments, and reporting enhancements
• Assist in developing business cases for transformation and IT initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather operational and financial data
• Conduct financial modeling and profitability assessments
• Enhance reporting processes and project effectiveness tracking
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership
  
  Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong financial modeling and business partnering skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Experience with business case analysis preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline (Advanced degree preferred)
