Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Sales Training Manager will include:
- As a key member of the Sales Operations team, the Sales Training Manager will be responsible for accelerating sales productivity and driving measurable revenue growth through strategic enablement initiatives.
- This role focuses on delivering impactful sales development programs aligned with company commercial strategy.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales enablement strategies including onboarding, seller development, and manager training.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and revenue support teams to optimize sales processes, tools, and training programs.
- Design and deliver visually compelling presentations and materials to communicate insights and foster engagement.
- Implement enablement programs that drive adoption of sales tools, processes, and behaviors aligned with business goals.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and inform targeted improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a dynamic enablement roadmap to support evolving business priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Lead change management efforts for new sales technologies and tools.
- Build strong relationships with sales managers and sellers to promote a culture of continuous learning and coaching.
- Apply strategic thinking and financial acumen to optimize salesforce performance.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing enablement programs that impact KPIs such as win rates, pipeline growth, and ARPU.
- Exhibit proficiency in sales operations concepts including segmentation, coverage models, and compensation design.
- Balance short-term revenue goals with long-term enablement strategies.
- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Measure and refine enablement program effectiveness.
- Embody company B3 values: integrity, collaboration, and results-driven mindset.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong financial and analytical skills to design programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Minimum 6 years in sales enablement, training, or related roles with a focus on revenue growth.
- Proven success in designing and implementing onboarding and coaching programs.
- Skilled in creating high-impact visual communication materials.
- Experience in B2B environments; knowledge of telecommunications or shared infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong program management and training coordination capabilities.
