Hourly pay range $ 33.08
Job Responsibilities

• The Production Supervisor is responsible for coaching and leading a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• This role ensures standardized work is followed, supports continuous improvement, and fosters a positive work environment
• Coach safety, quality, and productivity standards through standardized work
• Optimize throughput in alignment with budget and cost objectives
• Monitor ANDON occurrences and act as first responder for support
• Conduct process confirmations to ensure safe, smooth, and quality production
• Support Kaizen initiatives and coach problem resolution at the lowest level
• Communicate effectively and recognize team achievements
• Meet targets for FTT, inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling expenses
• Build capability of Team Leaders and Team Members
• Create a positive and productive work environment
• Perform basic administrative supervisory duties and documentation

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Additional technical or leadership experience in manufacturing environments
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends
• Work independently with limited supervision
• Assign work to unionized hourly workforce and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and throughput standards
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Demonstrated leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
