Procurement Specialist

Hourly pay range $ 40-46

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Procurement Specialist will include:

• Customer service orientation with a collaborative mindset across departments
  
  Job Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in expediting, order tracking, or vendor coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiarity with Power BI and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Maximo) preferred.
• Basic understanding of procurement and inventory control processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to meet operational demands.
• Must pass company background and compliance checks.
• Onsite presence required, with occasional travel to vendor facilities.
